This project is part of a master plan development of CBD Balikpapan and is targeting premium business brands and companies. It has limited units, located in the centre of the CBD. The design using glass as its skin façade to create undulated pattern hence, the Business Park design will stimulate the vibrant energy. Each unit has its own private elevator which located in front of the unit.
